The Northfield CQE held a Vote Yes! wine-tasting event tonight at the James Gang Hideaway in support of the proposed operating levy and capital projects referenda on Nov. 7. Local radio show/podcast Locally Grown took their recording session to the back room of the James Gang Hideaway on Friday. It featured Mill Towns Trail board member Peggy Prowe, since the legislature just allocated $1 million dollars for the trail. Senator Tom Neuville and Representative Ray Cox also participated.
